RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want happy customers! We're a small business and passionate about customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with the items you purchased, we offer a no questions asked refund on all items purchased in store or online within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as when you made the purchase. 

Important Note about Customer Rewards: Customer Rewards discount coupons have no cash value.  It is a discount to your purchase amount.  If you return an item that was purchased with a rewards coupon, the return amount will equal the dollar amount of the item minus the customer reward.  

Please reach out to us about a negative experience so we have a chance to learn from our mistakes and take care of our customers. 

ONLINE ORDERS

Upon ordering, a team member will mark your order "Ready for Pickup" once we have prepared the order.  Your item will be available at our store located at 7302 E. Main St #6 Mesa, AZ 85207.

ALL ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN TWO DAYS OF ORDERING MAY BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION WITH A 15% restocking fee....Please be prompt in picking up your order.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We reserve the right to adjust our prices according to the business need.  As a store policy, we will not accommodate price adjustments for items already purchased.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
